This is about finding what works best for YOU. Over three days, we’ll focus on the cold hard SCIENCE of menopause so you can feel in control again. You'll leave feeling like you can finally work on lifestyle changes that make sense for your perimenopause journey rather than a generic, one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we’ll explore small but impactful shifts and help you uncover your personal path to strength, clarity, and tackling menopause like the boss babe you were always meant to be.

Day 1: Hormones
Develop a deeper understanding of what’s happening to your body and how these changes uniquely affect your metabolism, muscle, and mood.

Day 2: Exercise
Learn the importance of resistance training and how to effectively strengthen your body and protect bone density during this pivotal time.

Day 3: Nutrition
Understand the biggest nutrition mistakes women make and how to maximize gut health to optimize your metabolism and fuel for exercise.

I’m not speaking from a distant past—I’m 43 and right here, navigating perimenopause alongside you. When I first noticed some changes, I felt an overwhelming sense of doom, much like I did during pregnancy and postpartum. But just like before, I dove into learning, gaining new certifications, and empowering myself through education. Now, I’m passionate about helping us all thrive, not just survive, through this transformation.
With 24 years in health and fitness, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of women through every stage of life. Now, as I step into this new chapter myself, I’m inspired to walk this journey with all of you. Together, we’ll turn confusion into clarity, fear into empowerment, and hesitation into confident action so we can keep on living and THRIVING in the lives that we have worked so hard to build and love.Â
