A Full Circle Approach To Your Well Being 

I hate the term "method" but I get asked this question all the time.  As a Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, Diastasis and Core Consultant, Personal Trainer, Menopause Fitness Expert and Holistic Health Coach, I have devoted my career to making the wellness industry a safer, more educated place for women's transitioning bodies. 
 
Originally a professional modern dancer, I changed course after the pregnancy and birth of my daughter in 2016. Throughout pregnancy, I wanted to maintain my current level of fitness without worry. When it came to postpartum, I wanted to make sure I healed fully and could get back to dancing + active lifestyle I loved.  And now that I'm in my 40's I'm excited about supporting women gain clarity and confidence to navigate the changes that occur during menopause and beyond.  It's all about aging gracefully! 
 
That's all to say, my "method" is to focus on YOU!  I don't believe in cookie cutter fitness solutions, especially during the transitions through pregnancy, postpartum and menopause.  My clients have unlimited access to me because I want to know about your muscular imbalances, your aches & pains, your goals and DREAMS!  Only then, can we create a workout and lifestyle regime that's going to get you to where you want to be!
