This isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about training smarter, fixing what’s off, and building a body that actually works for you.

My Method

I take a full-circle approach to your health and fitness—because your body doesn’t exist in isolation, and neither should your training.

Over the years, I’ve been asked about my “method.” The truth is, it’s not a rigid system—it’s an approach rooted in understanding your body, your stage of life, and what it actually needs to function well.

As a corrective exercise specialist and health coach, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women safely navigate the physical changes that come with puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. My goal has always been to make the fitness space a more informed, supportive place for women whose bodies are constantly evolving.

My own path into this work started as a professional modern dancer. Movement was always a part of my life—but everything shifted after my pregnancy in 2016.

During pregnancy, I wanted to stay strong and active without second-guessing what was safe. Postpartum, I wanted to heal properly and return to the movement I loved—without rushing the process or causing long-term issues.

And now, in my 40s, I’m experiencing firsthand how the body changes again—and how important it is to adjust, rather than push harder.

That’s what I bring into my work.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs—especially during times when your body is changing. Instead, I focus on you as an individual: how your body moves, where it feels off, what you’re experiencing, and what you want to get back to.

From there, we build a plan that supports your strength, your recovery, and your life—so you can feel confident, capable, and at home in your body again.
