1:1 corrective exercise training is a personalized approach to help you:

  • rebuild strength safely

  • reconnect to your core and pelvic floor

  • move out of pain or discomfort

  • feel more in control of your body again

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all program.

It’s a plan built around:
- your body
- your history
- your current stage of life

What we focus on

Depending on what you’re experiencing, we may work on:

  • core and pelvic floor connection

  • postural alignment

  • strength imbalances

  • movement patterns that feel “off”

  • returning to exercise after pregnancy or injury

  • navigating changes during perimenopause and beyond

How it works

We start by understanding your body.

  • What you’re feeling

  • What’s not working

  • What you want to get back to

From there, we build a plan that supports:

  • strength

  • recovery

  • and real-life movement

So your body can start responding again.

Small Group Training

Stronger Together: Small Group Coaching

Because doing this on your own hasn’t been working.

If you’ve ever thought:

This is for you.

What this is

This is small group coaching for women who want:

  • structure

  • accountability

  • and a more connected, supported way to train

You’ll be in a group of 2–5 women who are in a similar phase of life

or working on similar goals — so you’re not doing random workouts or

trying to keep up in a big class. You’re part of something that actually fits.

How it works

You’ll start with a 1:1 Assessment ($160)

This gives me a clear picture of:

  • how your body is currently moving

  • what you need

  • where to focus

From there, I’ll place you into a small group that makes sense for you.

Then we train together weekly.

👉 $47/session

Same time, same group, ongoing.

So you can build consistency — and actually see progress.

What makes this different

This isn’t a drop-in class.

And it’s not a one-size-fits-all program.

Inside your group:

  • you’ll be coached based on your body

  • you’ll follow a structured progression

  • you’ll understand what you’re doing and why

And you’ll have other women right there with you — showing up, working through similar things, and keeping you accountable.

  • building strength in a way that actually feels good

  • reconnecting to your core and pelvic floor

  • improving stability, balance, and control

  • moving better in workouts and daily life

  • navigating changes through postpartum or perimenopause
