Remember Lisa Frank? Neon dolphins, rainbow tigers, glittery pandas — it felt like the definition of “cool girl prep” when getting ready to go back to school.

- Perimenopause isn’t menopause. It sneaks up on women in their 30s and 40s.
- Your hormones shift years before your period officially stops.

- You can be in perimenopause and pregnant /postpartum at the same time.
- If you wait until you’re already in menopause to make the changes I'll teach you, it's too late and you'll spend a lifetime playing catch up.

- Reduce hot flashes before they even begin
- Manage stubborn weight gain (yes, it is hormonal)
- Ease mood swings + sleep struggles
