Start with a full-body CE assessment to uncover imbalances, compensations, and root causes of discomfort. You’ll get your own customized RX of exercises based on how your body moves.  And as a paying member, we'll reassess every 6-months to check in to see how you are doing! 

Personalized Movement Plan

Your plan, your pace. Whether brand new to fitness, experienced and living an active lifestyle, managing symptoms of perimenopause, or working around chronic pain or injuries, we build a movement strategy that evolves with you...doing movement that you love and will want to stick to. 

Weekly Group Check Ins

Every week, come as you are to our live Zoom coaching calls. You’ll get spotlight time, expert support, and real-time guidance to refine your movement, mindset, and momentum.
