1:1 Corrective Exercise and Health Assessment
Your body holds the answers—let’s listen.
We’ll begin with a 1-hour, full-body assessment designed to uncover what your body’s been trying to tell you—where it’s compensating, what’s creating tension or discomfort, and what needs more support. From there, you’ll receive a fully customized prescription of exercises that align with your unique strengths, movement patterns, and goals, setting the foundation for long-term change.
1:1 Corrective Exercise and Personal Training 1-2x/week

Each session is designed exclusively for you—whether you’re returning to movement, rebuilding after life’s changes, or refining an already active routine. We’ll blend the precision of Corrective Exercise with the strength and flow of Personal Training to create a movement strategy that evolves with your body, week by week.

Your reset button—every week.
Each week, join me and a small circle of women for a live Zoom coaching call designed to keep you focused and supported. You’ll get personalized guidance, spotlight time, and expert feedback to fine-tune your goals and elevate your progress—both in body and mindset.
